Advancements in the arena of information and communication technology have enabled virtual transformation of organizational strategic management decision process irrespective of public and private sector operations while enhancing the efficacy of governance mechanism for product delivery in the socio-economic value chain. The advent and steady crystallization of Fourth Industrial Revolution has further propelled the idea of synthesizing scientific and technological pursuits for wider benefit of societies in an inclusive manner. This paper analyses the implications of Fourth Industrial Revolution on the technology enabled governance paradigm to ascertain the efficacy and efficiency of strategic management decision process. While doing so this study makes effort in extending the dimensions of interdisciplinary research by configuring an innovative and adaptable multidimensional ROC Technology-Governance Intervention Model to meaningfully explain the convergence between the mainstream socio-politico-economic principles with technological advancements streamlining governance while enhancing the efficacy of management decision making. The Model allows for fusion of technology to the broader cause of inclusiveness in governance mechanism for shared prosperity, which is the intent Fourth Industrial Revolution.</p> ER -
